Scott was actually runner up last quarter to Donnie Barnes. What is interesting is that Donnie and Scott work as a team for LTL and partials. This quarter Scott was instrumental in consoling loads for both our drivers and other companies. He is famous for saying “It’s all Good” and then working behind the scenes to ensure that it is. He has been flexible with vacations; follow up; and working with our top accounts…he cross trained with truckloads over a year ago and is willing to do whatever is necessary to keep the PEI service level high.
